SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Orders are posted on Wednesdays and Fridays each week before 3pm. (If orders are placed after 3pm on postage days, it will be posted the following postage day).
Orders are not posted on weekends or holidays.
If ordering custom pieces, it will be discussed with you directly how long your item may take to make and when it will be shipped.
Shipping rates/Tracking:
All orders are shipped with Tracked shipping through royal mail. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. This is at a fixed standard rate of £3.65

Unfortunately I am unable to offer international shipping at this time. however i am hoping to offer this in the future.
RETURN POLICY
I am able accept returns on damaged or faulty items only. This must be within 14 days of delivery. Items such as earrings must be unworn due to hygiene reasons. And all items must be in original packaging.
I am able to offer a repair of item free of charge or full refund.
If you wish to return an item, please contact me via email with 14 days of receiving your item.
